Some of the Services that we perform that require manning a post or going out on patrol are... • Customized Security Programs for your Business • Vehicle Patrol Service, standing & foot patrol service • Under cover assignments, loss prevention & executive protection • Investigation service & Escort security services • Warehouse and distribution center security • Commercial Office complex security and patrol • Medical and Dental Office complex security service • Mall/Shopping center security and patrol service • Retail and Grocery store security • Apartment and Mobile Park complex security patrol • Senior and Retirement Housing community security • Residential single family security (Neighborhood watch program) • Construction site security • Commercial “Fire watch” services • Restaurant security service • Gas Stations security and patrol services • Car dealership security and patrol • Hotel security service • Bank security service • Church security service • Banquet Salons security service • Special event security services • Funeral Escort service • Alarm respond patrol During a typical shift, Land & Housing Security Services’ Security Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment by performing the following activities during a Patrol of the site: 1) Patrol perimeter of property, access points and buildings included but not limited to, common areas, laundry facilities, pools, and all vacant units to detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. 2) Protect property by vigilantly maintaining a safe and secure environment, and creating a clearly visible presence on the property when onsite to deter criminal activity. 3) Respond quickly and investigate alarms and/or disturbances. 4) Monitor entrance and departure of visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. 5) Write accurate daily activity reports related to patrol activities and irregularities observed, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, unusual occurrences, contact made with residents and guests, and any warnings regarding rule violations. Offer any safety warning and tips that based on Security Officers observations would assist in preventing crime and/ or ensure onsite safety. 6) Call police or fire department for emergencies or as appropriate, such as for a fire, presence of unauthorized persons, physical altercations, accidents resulting in serious physical injuries, or observed criminal activity. Write an accurate serious incident reports providing a detailed recitation of any such events, including obtaining contact information from witnesses. 7) Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property in a friendly and approachable manner. 8) Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and request that unauthorized persons leave the premises or contact authorities to remove unauthorized persons from the premises. |
