All of our security officers are screened thoroughly with an extensive background check. Additionally all potential security officers are mandated to adhere all BSIS standards for certification and licensing. Continual training is provided and encourages keeping security personnel current with the most current updated techniques and innovations as they apply to security work.

All uniforms outfitted by Land & Housing Security Services are in compliance with BSIS regulations. All equipment carried by any security guard employed with this agency is required to meet all BSIS requirements and certified accordingly. Land & Housing Security Services assures that all other supplemental services such as vehicle patrol, plain clothes detail dignitary security meet all rules, policies and regulations as outlined by the Department of Consumer Affairs and Bureau of Security and Investigation Service (BSIS).
